Employee Is Electrocuted While Making Repairs

On June 22, 2011, Employee #1 was killed while repairing a downed powerline. The line had been shut down; however, it came into contact with a live line that had not been shut down. When he reached for the downed line, Employee #1 was electrocuted. He was pronounced dead later that day.
