Investigation Summary
On January 27, 2013, Employee #1, with Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, was delivering an IV pole to a hospital department. The pole suddenly tipped, and when Employee #1 tried to right the pole, she tripped on it and fell. She fractured her right ankle.
