Employee Dies from Injuries Sustained in Fall from Scaffold

At approximately 6:00 p.m. on August 26, 2011, Employee #1 was working inside of a building installing two by fours on the ceiling. Employee #1 was standing on a scaffold approximately 13 feet above ground. Employee #1 fell from the scaffold to the floor below and he was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital. Employee #1 died from his injuries on September 1, 2011.
