Employee Suffers Amputation from Table Saw

On October 8, 2012, Employee #1 was performing ripping and cutting of a wooden section on a table saw. As Employee #1 was manually feeding the stock to the blade his left hand made contact with the rotating saw, amputating two fingers of the Employee #1's left hand. Employee #1 was admitted to a local area hospital where both fingers successfully surgically reattached and discharged eight days later.
