Employee Fractures Hip in Fall at Kindergarten Classroom

On May 22, 2012, Employee #1, a kindergarten teacher, fell approximately thirteen inches from a plastic barrier to the floor. Employee #1 fell onto his right hip, resulting in a closed fracture of the neck of the right femur which required surgery and hospitalization for more than 24 hours.
