Employee Struck by Vehicle in Orchard

On July 12, 2012, Employee #1 was assigned to pick plums in one of the orchards on a farm. He had just finished picking a plum tree and was climbing down the ladder. Without looking, he stepped from the ladder and in front of a moving bin trailer. He was hit on his left leg by the trailer. Employee #1 was taken to Clovis Community Hospital for treatment for a leg injury.
