Employee Crushed by Forklift Against Pole Fractures Pelvis

At approximately 5:45 a.m. on April 19, 2012, Employee #1, a forklift operator with La Tapatia Tortilleria, Inc., was entering code numbers on a gate access key pad when the forklift he dismounted from rolled into him. Employee #1 sustained a pelvic fracture when he was caught between a forklift and barrier pole.
