Employee Is Dehydrated Brought on by Heat Stress

At approximately 6:00 a.m. on July 28, 2011, Employee #1 began working. Employee #1 was driving a Ford tractor spraying weeds. At approximately 1:30 p.m. Employee #1 informed the foreman that he wasn't feeling well and he wanted to go home. At approximately 2:00 p.m. after being driven home, Employee #1's wife drove him to the hospital, where he was treated for heat exhaustion and released.
