Employee Is Injured in Fall from Hay Truck

On January 17, 2011, Employee #1, with Hay Mart, Inc., was scaling down the side of a loaded truck trailer carrying hay bales. When his hands slipped off the load rope, he fell. Employee #1 was hospitalized at Fresno Community Regional Medical Center for fractures of his skull and ribs.
