Employee's Foot Is Struck by a Tractor and Crushes Ankle

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on August 29, 2010, Employee #1 was gathering olives. As he stood on the rear side of a gondola, he was struck by a tractor. The tractor crushed his left foot. Emergency medical personnel were summoned and transported to a medical center where underwent medical procedures for injuries that included ankle fractures. After receiving the medical attention, he was hospitalized.
