Employee Fractures Face When Forklift Rolls Over

On November 9, 2010, Employee #1, of Carter Lumber Company, was delivering lumber to a construction site. The three wheeled forklift that he was operating rolled forward, over the load being moved. Employee #1 was ejected from the operator's seat. He sustained facial fractures.
