Truck Rear Tire Runs over Employee Causing Injury

On October 16, 2012, Employee #1 was accessing a tomato gondala for loading tomatoes. The truck pulling the gondala jerked forward and the employee slipped and fell landing in line of the truck's rear tire. The truck ran over the full length of the Employee #1's body. There was no safe access to the gondala or communication between the employee and the coworker, truck driver. Employee #1 remains hospitalized with multiple body fractures.
