Employee's Wrist Is Broken in Fall from Ladder

On September 19, 2012, Employee #1 was climbing onto a scaffold, using a ladder when he fell off and broke his right wrist. The employee was transported to and area hospital, where surgery was performed to repair his wrist. Employee #1 remained hospitalized for observation for three days.
