Worker Sustains Fractures in Fall from Ladder

On December 16, 2011, an employee was working for a concrete contractor. He was on a concrete crew getting ready to do a pour. He noticed that a brace was missing. He picked up a tool, possibly a rotary hammer, and began climbing a ladder. He fell approximately 6 feet (1.8 meters), landing on a concrete floor. He sustained multiple fractures.
