Employee Fractures Ankles in Fall from Ladder

On November 22, 2010, Employee #1 was working from a 12-foot step ladder for nailing sheet rock to a wall. As he was standing on the upper rung of the ladder, Employee #1 leaned too far to the left, causing the ladder to tip over. Employee #1 fell to the concrete floor, fracturing both ankles. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby medical facility, where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
