Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:30 a.m. on September 23, 2010, Employee #1 was killed while repairing an electrical component on a tree harvester processor head. Employee #1 was working at the point of operation on the harvester with the engine running, as the machine cycled, Employee #1 was caught in the grasp of the tree harvester where he was found by his supervisor.
