Worker Killed in Fall from Ledge

On October 22, 2010 Employee #1, with Tropicana Las Vegas, Inc., was cleaning decorative molding from a ledge measuring approximately thirty-three inches wide, when the employee fell off of the ledge approximately eight feet and suffered blunt trauma to head. Employee #1 died as a result of the fall.
