Employee Falls from Truck and Fractures Ribs

At approximately 10:39 a.m. on August 24, 2012, Employee #1, a truck driver, was closing the door on his truck. He lost his balance and fell on the truck bed, striking his side and fracturing ribs. Employee #1 then fell to the ground and struck his head. He was transported to a medical center, where he underwent treatment and was then released the same day.
