At approximately 12:00 a.m. on July 20, 2010, Employee #1, a polisher received a serious laceration on his left hand while assisting a coworker in moving a large piece of glass weighing approximately 126 lbs. Employee #1 sustained a laceration to the palm side of his left hand, between his thumb and fingers.
