Farm Worker Sustains Heat Exhaustion

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on July 6, 2011, Employee #1, with J. A. Contracting, was weeding in a carrot field when she experienced profuse sweating and nausea. Employee #1 went to a restroom to recover, and then notified her employer. Employee #1 was treated at High Desert Medical Group for heat exhaustion.
