Employee Fractures Leg after Thrown from Atv

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on June 13, 2011, Employee #1, a State Park Peace Officer, was on a routine patrol operating a 2009 Quad All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV), Model #: LT-A750XP/PZ; VIN number: 5SAAR41P197102850, going uphill on a trail. He was thrown off, and the ATV flipped front to back landing upside down. Employee #1 received a fracture to his right Humorous and was taken by ambulance to the hospital for treatment.
