Employee Is Killed When Pinned by Van

At approximately 10:00 p.m. on September 20, 2010, Employee #1 was working on an alarm at a telecommunication panel. He parked his work van on the grass, pointed towards the panel. The vehicle was running and the lights were on, illuminating the work area. The vehicle was in gear and rolled forward, pinning him between the van and the panel. He was discovered dead at approximately 7:30 a.m. on September 21, 2010.
