Restaurant Worker Slips on Tomato and Sustains Contusion

On October 17, 2011, Employee #1 was working as a baker at a restaurant. She slipped on a tomato and fell, hitting her right arm on the leg of a mixer. She was taken to a local hospital, where she was seen in the emergency room and treated for a contusion to her right arm. She was released after a couple hours in the emergency room. She returned to work on a modified basis on her next regularly scheduled shift.
