Employee Injurs Finger in Hole Shooter

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on October 31, 2011, Employee #1 was injured while operating a hole shooter. Employee #1 was drilling holes in a wood form when his glove caught in the bit, pulling his right index finger off at the first joint. Employee #1 he was using his off hand on the shaft of the long paddle bit, to guide and add pressure and just got too close to the bit head.Employee #1 was taken to a local hospital, where ha had surgery and was later released.
