Employee Is Struck by a Piece of Metal; No Serious Injury

On August 26, 2010, Employee #1, an evidence clerk, dropped a manila envelope with three cartridges in it. The impact from being dropped caused one cartridge to discharge and a small piece of metal was embedded in the employee's leg. There was no serious injury and Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
