Employee Commits Suicide at Work by Hanging

On June 21, 2010, an employee reported to work at 7:00 p.m. At approximately 3:40 a.m. employees reporting to work found the employee sitting on the floor with a rope around his neck. The rope was tied off to the staircase. The employee died of asphyxia.
