Investigation Summary
The rigging crew was in the process of cleaning the road line in preparation of running their lines in. The choker setter was down the hill from the rigging slinger who was blowing whistles for him. The choker setter set the turn of logs and the rigging slinger blew the go-ahead whistle. When the choker setter got up to where the rigging slinger was at, he found the rigging slinger lying on the ground approximately 25 feet from the road line unconscious.
