Investigation Summary
On July 2, 2010, Employee #1 cut the top of the 80 ft tree and had repelled down to make his next cut. When he got down to the next level, he disconnected his safety cable without having his repelling line connected to a limb and fell 50 ft to the ground. Employee #1 was killed.
