Employee Is Killed When Atv Rolls Over

At approximately 12:02 p.m. on May 20, 2010, Employee #1 was a professional All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) driver and was driving an ATV up a trail near Nemo, South Dakota. Arctic Cat Sales, Inc. was performing a photo shoot of their new 1000cc Arctic Cat ATV in the Black Hills of South Dakota and had hired professional ATV drivers. When Employee #1 drove into a mud puddle on the trail, the back end of the ATV came up and the ATV rolled end over end. Employee #1 was thrown off, and the ATV rolled over him. He was crushed to death.
