Employee Hits Head When Ladder Collapses

At approximately 11:20 p.m. on November 7, 2011, Employee #1, a supermarket worker, was installing check stands. He ran cables through a conduit, using a stepladder. As he descended the ladder, it collapsed when he reached a height of 4 feet. Employee #1 hit his head and was taken to nearby hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
