Employee Fractures Back in Fall from Ladder

On February 23, 2011, Employee #1 was using a rolling step ladder to reach an ink cartridge. As she reached for the cartridge, which was behind her, Employee #1 fell from the ladder and struck a concrete floor. Employee #1 was taken to a nearby medical facility, where she was hospitalized and treated for fractures to her lower and mid back.
