Employee's Knee Is Fractured in Fall from Scaffold

At approximately 12:00 a.m. on September 7, 2010, Employee #1 was caulking the siding of a garage at a private residence. He fell off a rolling platform scaffold that was approximately 6 ft high and landed on his knee on the concrete driveway. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a fractured knee.
