Employee Electrocuted While Working in Tree

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2010, Employee #1 was working from a mango tree when his pruner made contact with the overhead powerline located adjacent to the tree. Employee #1 was in the process of cutting down all the mangos from the tree. Employee #1 was found approximately 12 to 14 ft above the ground laying on his side between two branches of the mango tree.
