Employee Is Electrocuted While Working on Light Fixture
On May 30, 2011, an employee was electrocuted. The wires of a light fixture he was attempting to hang became stripped energizing the light fixture. As he grabbed one of the attached steel hanging cables, he received a fatal shock.
