Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:33 p.m. on July 10, 2010, Employee #1 and two coworkers were moving irrigation piping in a field when Employee #1 collapsed. When Employee #1 did not regain consciousness, the coworkers ran to him and saw that he was not responsive. Emergency medical personnel were summoned. They transported him to a medical center where he was pronounced dead. The cause of death was a myocardial infarction due to congenital heart issues.
