Employee falls from ladder

On May 27, 2010, Employee #1 of Imagin Construction was working inside a building doing a demolition job. He was going up in an aluminum step ladder, slipped and fell to a concrete floor. He suffered abrasion to the face and contusion to the right shoulder. He was transported by paramedics to Regional Medical Center in San Jose, CA and was released after three hours.
