Employee Fractures Leg in Truck Mishap

On May 10, 2010, Employee #1 was loading up some equipment into a truck. The load got away from him and fell onto his leg, breaking it. This was not a work related accident. Employee #1 was on site working on his own personal project. Employee #1 was planning on transporting this equipment to an event he was going to be attending.
