Employee Is Injured in Fall from Roof

At approximately 2:20 p.m. on May 13, 2010, Employee #1, a maintenance worker, was on the cafeteria roof, showing a coworker where to locate refrigeration equipment. Employee #1 lost his balance, tripped, slipped, or walk onto a roof awning. He fell through the awning, approximately 11 feet onto concrete. Employee #1 sustained a head injury (apparently a concussion), and he was hospitalized.
