Investigation Summary
On June 21, 2010, an employee of the town for 20 years went into a room in the office. A coworker attempted to enter the room and found the room to be locked. The coworker went back approximately 20 minutes later and the room was still locked. Finally, the supervisor was asked to unlock the door. The employee was found unconscious and did not appear to have a pulse. The emergency medical services were called, and the employee was pronounced dead at the scene. The employee died of natural causes.
