Employee Is Killed When Wall Falls

At approximately 1:36 p.m. on September 13, 2009, Employee #1 was demolishing a concrete block wall for an addition to an auto care facility. The wall was not supported and approximately one half of the length of the wall had already been removed. As Employee #1 and two coworkers moved a scaffold, a portion of the wall collapsed. Employee #1 was struck in the head and crushed under the wall. He was killed.
