Investigation Summary
Employee #!, Employee #2, Employee #3 and Employee #4 were setting up 60 ft trusses on a commercial building, with the use of a mobile hydrailic crane. All four employees were working from within the trusses approximately 17 ft above the ground. For reasons unknown, the last truss set, shifted, resulting in a domino collapse of a 39 trusses. Employee's #1, #2, #3 and #4 all sustained some kinds of fractures due to the fall. Employee #1 and Employee #2 were taken to local hospitals, Employee #3 and Employee #4 were airlifted to a truma center.
