Employee gets flash and minor burns from electric shock

On August 6th, 2009 Employee #1 of Hax Electric Inc, was attempting to replace a 150-ampere main breaker, located within an electrical room on the 10th floor when the buss bar fell backwards and contacted the back of the cabinet resulting in Employee #1 receiving a flash burn and minor burns to the hands. The circuit was being energized on a 120/240-volt single phase circuit. Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
