Investigation Summary
On September 16, 2009, Employee #1, with Rocky Mountain Roofing Company, was removing a protective plastic cover from metal coping on a roof. He fell backwards over a roof parapet approximately 22 ft to the ground. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment. He died on October 9, 2009 when life support was discontinued.
