Investigation Summary

At approximately 3:20 p.m. on January 2, 2012, An individual donating clothes came upon the Good Will Donation Center. As the individual approached the Donation Center, the individual noticed Employee #1 was slumped over the donation bins inside the donation center. The individual approached Employee #1 and attempted to wake up the employee. After failing to wake Employee #1, the individual called the Emergency Medical Service. The paramedics attempted to revive the employee no success, and Employee #1 was pronounced dead at the scene. Employee #1 was taken to LA morgue, where a Coroner Department determined Employee died of atherosclerotic Heart Disease.
