Employee Is Killed in Vehicle Accident

On February 24, 2010, Employee #1 was operating a vehicle traveling on east Illinois Route 22 delivering a fire extinguisher. Employee #1 was attempting to make a left turn when he was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Route 22. Employee #1 was taken to Good Shepard hospital and died on May 12, 2010.
