Employee Fractures Leg in Fall

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on November 01, 2011, Employee #1 and another coworker were playing around on the job. Employee #1 was trying to pick up his coworker, when both fell on to a concrete floor. Employee #1 received multiple fractures on his right upper leg which required surgery and hospitalization for one week.
