Employee's Fingers Are Amputated in Conveyor

At approximately 7:40 p.m. on November 30, 2009, Employee #1, a laborer, was working at a screen sort conveyor belt. He entered an unauthorized area, slipped and his fingers were caught in the tail pulley. He was hospitalized with two amputated fingers.
