Investigation Summary
At approximately 2:15 p.m. on February 26, 2013, an employee was assisting coworkers to clamp off a gas leak on a gas line of approximately 13 inches. The gas line was "huffing and puffing" gas fumes from a leak in the line. The coworkers were using a pipe clamp and an electric impact wrench. The employee received second degree burns to his face and hands. The employee was hospitalized and treated for burns
