Employee Fractures Leg in Fall

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on August 19, 2011, an employee, a recreation assistant, was performing a regularly assigned task of answering the telephone. She was working in close proximity of a coworker when she lost balance and fell. The employee was transported to White Memorial Hospital, where she was hospitalized and treated for fractured leg.
