Employee Suffers Muscle Spasm While Lifting Cases

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on February 27, 2010, Employee #1 was lifting cases, between 5 to 10 pounds. After one of the lifts, the employee could hardly standup. He had suffered a severe muscle spasm in his back. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
